These information boards were displayed as part of a pre- application consultation on proposals for the Woodcroft site.

Enfield Council notified everyone living around the site about the public display held at the Friends Meeting House on December 4th, and Woodcroft Wildspace has offered to put the information on our website to give wider publicity to the proposals.

The proposal for the main part of the site confirms its future for nature conservation, as an educational resource and other benefits, and the application will be submitted jointly by the Council's Parks Department and Woodcroft Wildspace. The remainder of the site is proposed for five detached houses, to be submitted by Thomas Wrenn Homes, after their purchase of approximately 1.5 acres of the site.

Please note that these are pre-application drawings and the final versions may alter. We will keep you updated and advise when the planning applications are submitted, when there will be a further formal opportunity for comment and to raise any issues.
